About

Hey guys and welcome to my site! I hope you find my content interesting and I will try my best to keep you updated on my races and adventures!

Coming from the scenic area of Ards in Co. Donegal, Ireland, I live in an outdoor paradise with the Atlantic Ocean and Donegal mountains on my doorstep. These surroundings allow me to train in a variety of multi-sports and has instilled the adventurer in me.

I am currently competing in multi-sport and adventure races, while also taking on personal adventures in cold and mountainous regions.
